Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Party Card Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commission by referring new customers to Party Card. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate personal and contact information. Party Card reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate any application or account at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commission on qualifying referrals based on tiered rates:

• Tier 1 (Rising): 8% — after 3 validated referrals within 12 months
• Tier 2 (Ambassador): 12% — after 8 validated referrals within 12 months
• Tier 3 (Elite): 15% — after 20 validated referrals within 12 months

Tiers are calculated on a rolling 12-month window based on unique, validated paying customers. A minimum of 3 validated referrals per year is required to earn commission.

4. Qualifying Referrals

A referral is considered "qualified" only when:

• The referred customer completes a payment using the affiliate's unique promo code
• The payment is not refunded, cancelled, or subject to a chargeback
• The validation period (minimum 7 days) has passed
• The customer is a unique, legitimate user (not a duplicate or fraudulent account)
• The customer is not the affiliate themselves

5. Promo Codes

Each affiliate receives a unique promo code upon approval. This code provides the referred customer a discount (currently 10%) and is used to track referrals. Affiliates may not alter, duplicate, or misuse promo codes. Codes remain the property of Party Card.

6. Payouts

Commissions become available for payout after the validation period. Payouts can be requested once the minimum threshold is reached. Party Card will process payouts within a reasonable timeframe. Payout methods and schedules may change with notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Self-referrals or creating fake accounts to earn commission
• Misleading or deceptive marketing practices
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Using paid ads that bid on Party Card branded terms without permission
• Any activity that damages Party Card's reputation or brand

8. Fraud & Abuse

Party Card employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any affiliate found engaging in fraudulent activity will have their account suspended, pending commissions forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Program.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. Upon termination, pending validated commissions will be paid out according to standard processing timelines. Unvalidated or pending referrals will not be eligible for commission.

10. Privacy

Personal data collected through the Program is handled in accordance with Party Card's Privacy Policy. Affiliate data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or necessary for payment processing.

11. Modifications

Party Card reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, tier thresholds, and program rules at any time with reasonable notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
