Terms of Service

1. The Service

Party Card lets you create a wedding invitation website, manage guest RSVPs, and collect & share photos/videos via QR code. By using Party Card, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid email or Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account may have one active event site at a time (free plan) or more (paid plans).

3. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, videos, text).
• By uploading, you grant Party Card a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.
• This license ends when you delete your content or account.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or share:

• Illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Sensitive personal documents (IDs, medical records, financial records).
• Malware or executable files.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.

5. Responsibilities

• Couples are responsible for who they share their invitation link with.
• Guests are responsible for the content they upload.
• Party Card provides the platform but does not control or endorse user content.

6. Fair Use Limits

• File size limits: 10 MB per image, 100 MB per video.
• Storage quota depends on your plan (shown in dashboard).
• Upload rate limits apply to prevent abuse.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that exceed fair use.

7. Takedown & Reporting

If you believe content on Party Card violates your rights, email support@party-card.com with a description of the content and your relationship to it. We will review and respond within 72 hours.

8. Refund Policy

Paid plans can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet published your invitation. After publishing, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@party-card.com.

9. Deletion

You can delete individual files, guests, or your entire event from the dashboard at any time. Deleting your account removes all associated data. Deletions may take up to 72 hours to fully propagate.

10. Disclaimer

Party Card is provided "as is". While we take reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or absolute data security. We are not liable for content uploaded by users or for any damages arising from the use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
